Damaged Boat - Salvage Sale.

The vessel is severely damaged in way of the hull, superstructure and interior due to having been broken from its lashings, separated from its cradle aft and partially crushed between other cargo and a ship's cargo boom.

Please Note: This vessel was on its way from overseas and has not been outfitted with all the options: no crane, no canvas, no TVs, no electronics, no carpet, no countertops, no Davit.

              We the undersigned have this date held survey on the M/Y 58’ SYMBOL whilst lying on blocks, at the
         Moger Yacht Transport facilities, Gardena, California in order to ascertain and agree upon, or as noted
         otherwise, the cause, the nature and extent and the recommended repair of damage alleged to have been
         sustained in consequence of sever damage whilst being transported as deck cargo from Taiwan to California..
